Is Echo Auto compatible with Bluetooth in my car?
Echo Auto is not compatible with Bluetooth implementation in some cars. Check here if your vehicle is compatible with the Echo Auto. You can also use the included 3.5mm aux to connect to car audio.
Is Echo Auto compatible with my smartphone?
While it is compatible with most smartphones, do check if your smartphone is compatible with Echo Auto.
 
If Echo Auto doesn't appear in the Alexa app while setting up, try uninstalling and re-installing your Alexa app.
